Where will the access be sent?
Within 15-20 minutes after payment, access will be sent to the email you provided. Be sure to check your other email folders.
What should I do if I haven't received access?
First, we recommend checking your Spam folder. If the email isn't there, contact customer support with a link. Emails often don't arrive for several reasons: you entered your email address incorrectly, you entered one email address but are looking for the email in a different one, you unsubscribed from mailing lists, or the email did arrive, but it went into your Spam or Mailing lists folder.
What should I do if my payment doesn't go through?

Can I watch lessons on my phone?
Yes, the learning platform is adapted for all types of mobile devices, so you can watch from both your phone and computer.
How long will I have access to the projects?
Each project has its own access period, ranging from 60 days to 12 months. However, any project can be extended for 30 days free of charge if you don't have time to review all the materials or want to revisit them.
Can I purchase multiple projects at once?
Yes, there's a "Create Your Collection" button for that—click it and check the boxes next to the projects you want to complete.
Will there be feedback, curators?
Alena manages all projects herself (without curators), or you can watch the recordings yourself.
